LAHORE – Police arrested a man who was roaming around Punjab capital Lahore while illegally wearing the SSG Commando shirt.
Reports say that patrol constable Muhammad Zeeshan stopped a motorcyclist near old Anarkali for traffic violation & asked him for documents to issue him challan.
The biker then became angry & introduced himself as a staff member of an intelligence agency. However, the suspect failed to prove his identity & was handed over to Old Anarkali police station for further legal action.
Traffic Chief Ammara Tahir praised the performance of the officer on duty & announced him a certificate of appreciation.
She said guards closely monitored traffic flow & kept an eye out for suspicious people.
